MEET ROSA

Ciao, Im Mamma Rosa, the owner of Graze Alla Grande Catering. Great Food has always been my passion and good home cooking has always been my heart and soul. Originally born in a little village in Sicily, I learnt the good old fashioned ways of cooking Southern Italian Cuisine from the masters themselves. Just like many acclaimed chefs, I too learnt the original and best ways to cook great Italian food from the place that started it all. At home in my village.

I moved to Australia in the 70’s and have worked in Fruit shops and Deli’s all my life. This gave me the experience to prepare food for parties and all kinds of events. My love of cooking high quality food led me to learn and infuse the modern Australian cuisines with my original Sicilian heritage, making my cooking truly a unique experience and always made from the heart. I've always believed in value for money and so my food is always authentic and my generous portions make sure that ‘no-one ever leaves the party hungry !!'

I specialise in customised grazing tables, authentic antipasto platters and hot & cold Italian dishes such as;

• Cheese platters containing Parmigiano, Camembert, Jarlsberg, Bocconcini etc…

• Cured Meat platters with Prosciutto, Mortadella, Salami, High quality Ham’s etc…

• Mixed Fruit Platters with various Fresh fruit, Nuts, Cheese, Various Dips, Crackers etc..

• Italian classics like Arancini, Pepperonata, Pockets of Pasta, Fried rice Boats, Tortellini, Schnitzel’s etc..

• Party favourites like, Schnitzel Wraps, Quiche’s, Assorted Deli Sliders, Potato & Greek Salads and many more....

All grazing tables will come highly decorated and perfectly presented with props, decor, rustic boards and the food will be overflowing with Mamma Rosa’s warm Italian hospitality.
